Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Lucia Shop PR is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen with the postal service.
For Puerto Rico orders, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your package after it was shipped out. For US orders, please allow 3 business days.

LOST PACKAGES

Please notice that Lucía Shop is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to USPS.
We can assure you that we will trace your package and do everything in our power to locate it.
If the customer enters their address incorrectly, Lucía Shop will not refund the shipping cost.
The customer is responsible to cover the cost once the package arrives again to be re-send.
